Insignia NS-LCD47HD-09 Blue Led No Picture

Hello, I have an Insignia NS-LCD47HD-09 , that has no picture, or backlight. When you plug the tv into the wall the led blinks 1 purple, 5 red, then solid red, when you press the power button the led goes blue, press it again, it blinks 15 red, then solid red.

    PS Voltages:
    ON/OFF - 3
    DIM - 3
    12v- 12
    GND 0
    24v- 24
    PS ON -3
    5v - 5
    Big Caps - Stand By 165 / ON 385

    INVERTER Voltages:

    FMB1 - 0
    VBL - 24
    GND - 0
    I_PWM - 3
    BLON - 3

    DM IN -1

    TCON Voltages:
    GND - 0
    SDA - 3
    VIN - 12
    SCL - 3
    TSTPGM - 0
    VCOM - 5
    VDD - 3

Any info or help would be great, im no tv expert, but I cant seem to figure this thing out, none of the caps look bad, and I did buy an ESR cap tester, all the caps ESR's where under the values in the chart that came with the meter, unless I missed one. I tried spraying some of the chips with freeze spary, but that didnt seem to help. Iv had all the cables off and back on, and all the board out to look for burns. Just read on testing voltage regulators, but have not tested any of them yet. Not sure of the proper way, to decide which board is causing the problem from here. I added some pictures of the boards.

    Thanks for any help.

I have this exact same television and it exhibits the same problem you described in your post. I would be interested in knowing if you have you received any replies as to what might be the problem.

You have all the correct signals and voltages.
It is one of those CMO inverter board, check that F1 1A fuse, more likely to be open. I fixed so many of these CMO inverter board due to this bad fuse. You can use low ohm resistor such as 1 Ohm 1/4W in its place to try it out if the fuse reads open.

Sorry it took me so long to get back, I ordered a main board and it took forever to get here, it didn't help so I got on here and saw budm's post. And he is the man of the day, thanks Budm your my hero of the day I was about to take a hammer to it lol.
I'll attach the pictures of the fix, i put a pico fuse back in with short wire leads, and some hot glue to keep it from shorting out.

Glad to hear that it was just a simple fuse.

There is a picture showing it in situ? - probably under a plate.
There is also a picture of the leads/connector so just look for the leads and follow them.

My inverter boards look different, and i can't seem to find the F1 fuse on both boards.

I have the same light code on the power led.

Should i just replace the inverter boards?

I followed the cables, but like i said, the boards look different. The F1 fuse is not in the same place, and i have scoured both boards.

Sorry about that, i figured as much, but was just testing to see if i would even get a reply. I've never joined a real tech forum before. Thanks again for your help.

I've scoured the master inverter board, and i found an F1 fuse finally. But its only marked 15, not 20 as the other board was. Remember i have the same model tv.

I have attached pictures. I have marked the 15 F1 fuse.

Please let me know if you need more pictures...and thanks again. Trying to gift this tv to my sister who needs one.

Ok - You will get replies until it is fixed or we are stuck
You may have the same set but the boards are frequently different- manufacturers
amend them as they go, sometimes using totally different boards which is why we tend to ask for pictures in most cases.
Can you test the fuse? - do you have a multimeter and soldering iron.
There are other fuses on this board - white ones. I can only be sure about one as it is
on the enlarged section. Can you post 3 or 4 pictures going end to end slightly overlapping so we can see it all.
This is labeled the Master board - is there a slave or secondary board as well?

"I have marked the 15 F1 fuse." That will be .75A, I use 1A PICO II in its place. So check its resistance, then you can also check and see if it has 24vdc on both ends with ref to chassis ground and the TV is powered on.

Here are some detailed pictures. There is one suspicious white fuse one the master board. Its marked, and labeled F1 with a 3 on it.

I have put in order more detailed pictures. with both inverter boards.

Missing LCD Panel Voltages VGH, VGL, VCOM (TCL 55P6US Sound & Backlight but NO Picture)

I have a TCL 55P6US with sound and backlight but no picture. This model does not have a T-CON board, and the right (rear perspective) panel board is fed from the left panel board. I have not been able to induce any change by disconnecting the secondary panel board or the tape cut-off method on the primary board.

There are a bunch of voltages missing on the panel boards. I can't find any shorted caps of the panel boards, and all of the missing voltage rails read in the kiloohms, which leads me to suspect the issue may lie on the circuit board, rather than a short in the panel.

T-con suspect issue. Both ribbon cables no picture. One ribbon cable ok. (58pus8545)

Hi guys! I realized you have a lot of knowledge here so i am hoping you could point me in right direction with my odd issue.

The Tv is a Philips 58PUS8545/12, it had no picture but working backlights.

                                          Original T-con:
Opened the Tv and tested to unplug one ribbon cable at a time. With this test i could see that i got fine picture on both halves as long as there was only one ribbon cable connected, with two connected picture were gone.

                                          First replacement T-con:

I thought it might be t-con and ordered new t-con from china(supposedly tested)...

This was my main TV for the last 6 years. I'm not inclined to throw out a $2600 TV so quickly so I'm trying to investigate the issue.

                                          Problem
TV was disconnected from power for 6 months during construction. When I plugged it yesterday picture was fine, after 30 seconds it dimmed then started developing horizontal lines, picture then starts to ghost vertically until it degrades into vertical streaks. TV always displays a perfect picture when cold. I can unplug TV for 5 minutes and plug it back in and picture is restored for 20 seconds. I can also keep it in standby mode...
