Need help identifying component U501 on the power supply of a toshiba 40rv525u

A power surge took out a few components on the power supplies primary. Part U501 is a pmic but it is completely blown and I can't read its part #. I've tried searching for a schematic but there are none available. If someone could identify the part that would be extremely helpful. The power supplies model# is Pk101v0830i. Thanks in advance for any help you guys provide.

To me, it looks like a Power Integrations TNYxxx chip -- the hard part is determining the "xxx" part. Any clue of those last digits?

On a similar Toshiba TV's board the U501 has these markings:
A6069H
SK942
17CP
It's a seven pin IC.
Board number is: PK101V1000I/FSP245-4F03

I am Stuck with same issue but my toshiba pSU board # PK101W0070I
IC mentioned U501 has 8 legs NOT 7 Legs
it blown top part ..i can't read the number ..
can someone please help me to find the number
its 8 legs..

If its the part circled in red there are numbers on it try using a good magnifying glass.

hello sir,
thanks , this is just similar board i tried to use to mention rigt location ..
the board which has damage IC is blown from top so i can't read at all.
i tried magnifying glass only last 2-3 digit i can read that's all ...
its 8 LEG IC ..and same board as shown in image..

OK, after hours of manipulating the picture of U501 using shojimmy photo and searching the FAIRCHILD website.
U501 is made by FAIRCHILD P/N FSB117HNY used in your board version.
The connections of the IC pins on the board seems to match the app notes.

much much appriciated , before i post here since 2 days i am trying to fliping lot of website and pictures..but none of has any clear picture neither i am photoshop expert to modify the picture to clear view of number.
your effort much much appriciated not just to find the number but also cross verification to make sure that that's the right one.
