Main faults are typically bad caps, shorted diodes, for Megmeet MLT series PSU.

Best way to fix is to work through the schematic

Cheers Tom,I just switched on the set and worked perfect, but when switching on and off again nothing, does that mean the caps are not doing there job ?

Check the PS ON signal. If that is missing when you attempt to power on, it's the main board; if not, it's the power board. It's unlikely capacitors would cause this but I know these boards have a latching error detect (once it triggers it will not reset until unplugged.) If that is mis-firing on power-off, then that could be a problem with the power board.

PS ON / PSON, have you tested such a signal before? Just like checking any voltage. You know PSON turns on the power supply outputs when it goes HIGH? Also goes under names of REMOTE, STBY, and rarely ON/OFF (not to be confused with backlight "ON/OFF"...)
