Re: Samsung Model HP-R4272V/XXA 42in Plasma screen flickers
The VS pins on the SUS boards each connector has a black wire and a bunch of white wires and the black wire on both connectors is the VS pin, I'm double checkin now

Vs should be the same for both boards, not different. Where are you measuring Vs on each?Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung Model HP-R4272V/XXA 42in Plasma screen flickers
If I'm seeing this right that big of a voltage drop on the YSUS board would lead me to think I got problems on the YSUS board. What you think TOM66?Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung Model HP-R4272V/XXA 42in Plasma screen flickers
coming off the sub power board to each sustain board the voltages are higher, VS going to the ysus board is 265v to 360v and VS going to xsus board is 209v to 215Last edited by high-tech; 08-24-2013, 11:41 AM.Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung Model HP-R4272V/XXA 42in Plasma screen flickers
Vset is on the small second power supply (one of them?), there should be a point to test it. Do the Vs and Va match the rated voltage written on the panel sticker? (on the metal chassis)Last edited by tom66; 08-24-2013, 11:34 AM.Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung Model HP-R4272V/XXA 42in Plasma screen flickers
VS is 212v to 215v and VA is 72v to 75v these voltages jump around as the screen goes on and off. I can't find a vset to testLeave a comment:

Check the Vset and Vs voltages on the sub-PSU board, which connects to the main PSU board.Leave a comment:

by ChrissygizmoHello everyone, I’ve just been given a Samsung UE55JU6800K smart tv as it had white spots on the screen due to the led lenses falling off. After refitting them & putting the tv back together I thought it was a nice easy fix for a free bedroom tv , then I tried it before screwing the back into place. I realised that the right side of the screen was darker than the other side, I removed the screen again as I thought the backlights had failed but they are fine.
I put the screen back in place & turned it back on . The screen seemed to be ok again but different screens on the same... -
by ChrissygizmoHi , I've recently replaced the screen in my Samsung galaxy ao2s, at first it wouldn't even turn on, it had the charging symbol on the screen when plugged in but the green circle wasn't going around to show it charging....
Ive eventually managed to get it on and working but it's very temperamental...
The battery icon always reads as 50% , when the phone goes into lock screen mode i sometimes can't get the screen back on unless I plug the charger in to get it to light up, also it keeps putting the camera app on.. u think it could be something to do with the side buttons. ...05-26-2024, 12:05 AM -
by KibergeHI guys!
I've got a Samsung LH82QENELGC/EN with a problem and need some advice and I hope this is the forum to use?
I'm from Norway so I'd like to apology in advance if my description of the fault is kind of simple or the names on the components are way off. 😊
the TV is powering up, working as normally and picture is all good, except a 1.5-inch-wide vertical line of snow/static across the screen.
This TV is a Signage Display/Public Display version and it's been used at my work for 4-5 years showing commercials 24/7. The fault occurred when... -
by Ryan.manHello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!
My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.
This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen... -
by SamungggI've happened upon this TV, it came with no power cord or remote and it seems to be experiencing a common issue where the red indicator light blinks 2 times then the screen flickers as if it's trying to turn on. No picture, no sound. I suspect the functions of the TV are in good order and that the underlying issue is with the power button which is missing. It's just a white tab where the button should be which means I can't cycle it.
I wanted to know if there is anything I can do or if I should just get a replacement module with the hopes it will fix the system. Alternatively if... - Loading...
