Hello all,
First thank you all for the information you provide on this forum, it has helped me very much in the past. I will admit I am a newb to this sort of thing and have only really fixed tvs in the past when I could see the capacitor that was bad. With that said I am working on this Insignia that I picked up next to free. I took it apart and didnt notice any bulging caps so I am hopeful you guys can point me in the right direction. Current state is when the Power is plugged in the Tcon's blue LED is the only thing that comes on but it goes out after 10 or so seconds. My question is does that possibly mean the power supply is ok and that my problem is the Tcon?
I am trying to post pictures but having somewhat of a difficult time. They are Jpegs less than 2MB and less than 2000x2000
