Toshiba 32AV502R LED TV has green light no sound or picture

This television has a green power light when you press the power button and you can hold the power button to get it to turn off the light. The voltage on CN8 Pins 10, 11, and 12 are all 5 volts. Like they should be. When you press the power button pin 13 is showing 3.61 Volts instead of 2.4 V, so this reading shows too much voltage going to it. And pin 8 which should have 12 V when you press the power has 11.85 Volts. When power is off pin 14 should have a level less than .07 V and it does it has .06 V.

So I wonder if pin 13 having 3.61 V instead of 2.4 is a problem with the power supply board or the main board Or other. I also wonder if 11.85 V on pin 8 is sufficient when it says it should be 12 V.

Should I test the voltage on pin 13 after I disconnect the other boards from the power supply board? There are quite a few pictures of this model television and the boards involved already on this forum I will attempt to upload a troubleshooting flowsheet that I have been using.

Please anyone what do you think the next step should be to determine which board or component needs to be replaced thank you. No picture and no audio.

3.6V is probably acceptable for a 2.4V on-off signal -- in general that signal is not particularly susceptible to high input voltages.

Would it be good for the next step to be to unplug the other boards from the power supply board or do I need to start investigating one of the other boards besides the power supply based on the readings that I've gotten so far

According to the flowchart, I'd look into the main board myself.

Monitor Audio RSW12 - Green light, but no sound
          by MOSSEP
          Hi

Im hoping someone might be able to give me some idea of what may be wrong with my Monitor Audio RSW12 Sub.

Ive owned it since new in around 2002, so would really like to keep it running if I can, it was the first ‘decent' bit of audio equipment I ever purchased and is a little sentimental.

The issue I had was that it would power up with the red light, but sometimes the green light would not come on and I would get no bass from it. If the green light did come on though, I would get sound out of it.

I have already tried replacing all of the...

820-2610-A Sys onewire help, no green light. Please help from the gurus
          by lcdcaps1
          Hi

I have an 820-2610-A motherboard that has no green light.
I have noticed is when I do a SMC reset the light on the Magsafe blinks.
From My understanding, the sys onewire circuit is responsible for the green light on the magsafe
The sys onewire circuit on this model and others is more involved
I was hoping if anyone knows about this and how it works, can reply and let me know
I know this is an old model but I am sure there are people who still works on these or knows about them

I get 1.1v on the C7771 capacitor and will replace...

          Toshiba 55U7863DG - green light blinking (17MB130S)
          by naddaw000
Hello, I am trying to bring back to life my Toshiba 55U7863DG, which has never been the most reliable device - keep on annoying me with its slowness and some random start-up/shutdown issues requiring to unplug the AC. But yesterday it finally said goodbye and decided to not turn on again. Green light is blinking, I've seen this behaviour before and thought that these are some temporary whims again, but unfortunately not this time.

I have checked that my TV is build based on the 17MB130S board, which seems to be quite popular and easy to buy as a used one. Still I would like to ask...
