smd fuses on vizio e42vl

i blew a smd fuse on the 5v standby power going into my main board, does anyone know what the rating should be, or a part number? the only marking i can make out is 5A. thanks

Will likely be 5 amp, 1206, 32V or higher, slow blow type, SMD.
