Samsung LCD TV picture issue

Does this look like its a panel fault? Red hue down the right hand side and yellow tint bottom right hand corner.
Sorry but don't have any further details yet,namely the model number or panel type but I'm sure the picture speaks a thousand words on this one.

Yes thought so, think I shall give it a miss, not worth buying to repair.
