HI.
problem is that the backlight is on and off .problem is for sure in p.s MP116A MEGMEET.
the output 24v and 12v is on and uff its mesuered 11.6 and 23.6.
voltage in big capi is a little low 338v in operation its seems to be 380-400v.
pfc section is ncp1606b and voltage 12+24 is l6599.
I change all output capi no joy.
it seems to me that the problem in pfc section.
maybe in the FB PIN 1 IN NCP1606B that control the output voltage in the BIG CAPI by a resistor divider I chek all resistor all ok.
someone can help with this p.s?.

I'd try checking Vcc for PFC IC, electrolytic capacitor next to it should be a good point to test.
