Here the test for check the winding resistance, they should be how they are setup for the pin outs, set meter to 2K OHMS scale. There are two set of high voltage windings on each transformer.

I have an extra power board. Should I try swapping out some of the transformers?

I would swap the entire board myself though it doesn't look like any transformers are bad.

I ordered a new board. The other one I have is some junk one the guy ordered from Hong Kong that came with busted capacitors. In the meantime, I would like to learn more about troubleshooting power supplies down to the component. Is there a good website to learn about that kind of stuff?

Glad to hear! Did you do the xformer's resistance reading on the new board?
