RCA 55" LCD backlights flash on and off

my RCA 55" lcd #55la55rs The problem is that the backlight bulbs keep flashing on and off a couple of times a second, other than the flashing the picture and sound are normal. I have replaced the power supply, as well as the t-con, inverters, main unit, and PC board, and it still does it. what could be causing it, any ideas?

I suspect one or more of the ccfl lamps are bad in the panel

My guess would be PFC or primary capacitor on power board.
