Samsung SMT-190DN

I have Monitor Samsung SMT-190DN. BNC cable connects to Camera does`nt work. Screen appears blue. (VGA connects to Computer works). DVR/LCD led is red when power on. I press DVR/LCD button, DVR/LCD led becomes blue then I can access Menu but blue led disappears in about 20 seconds. can`t access to menu when DVR/LCD is red.

Is the BNC for Video input made for Composite Video signal? Can we see the input ports of the monitor?

Here some pics. NBC and RJ-11 cables in not working. only VGA input works.
