Insignia NS-L37Q-10A Picture Problem

I have a Insignia 37' TV that has good sound, but has moving vertical lines that move with the source picture/sound. I have checked voltages on the power supply and they all check good.

This is the same type of problem I'm having with a Panasonic TC-26LE55.
Did you ever get a responce?

I have received no reply to my post????
I suggest reviewing the sticky "TV and Monitor basic troubleshooting guides".
I did find the problem and repaired this TV.
It was a bad T-Con board.
