An update is that, after removing the ribbons between the panel and Y-Buffer, the sound is gone but I can still hear a similar slight sound from Y-sustain, looks like the panel amplifies it. Does that mean the panel is bad or Y-sustain has problem (I have 3 Y-Sustain here and I tried them all and this problem is still here)?

BTW, the problem of the VS and VA voltages dropped as I indicated in my previous posts in this threads only happened when the Y-buffer disconnected from the Y-Sustain, connect it back and both voltages come back.

Any inputs are appreciated.

Just had some time back to my TV fixing work, I got the parts from different sites and replaced the Y-Sustain board and Y-buffer, but the problem is not gone, there is still sound (noise) but no videos at all, the VS and VA voltages look matching the ones on the label of the panel. I recorded a video clip which will show you some details, which you can download it by clicking the link ftp://fm76whcq.ftpserver.acanac.com/...g/100_6383.zip (with a username of "ftp@fm76whcq.ftpserver.acanac.com" and no password).

Can you please let me know what's the next steps I should should do? Thanks for the help.

That buzzing you hear, can you hear it from the front of the display? (Sounds like it in the video...) Such buzzing is common with cracked panels, a small chip on the edge and the gas leaks. Unfortunately that would not be repairable.

Yes, I can hear it from the front of the display, that's too bad that I have a bad panel, I will drop off it at a recycle depot.

You will make more by stripping out the parts and selling them, you can do that before you send it to the depot (just take the screen and case.)

Samsung TVs never last long, LED, LCD or Plasma, I can never in good faith recommend anyone ever purchase a Samsung TV. They have very nice picture quality but very poor reliability.
