LG 52LG50 white screen

I don't know what the problem is. There is no sound or menu. Sometimes there are gray horizontal lines, but mostly it's white. Any ideas. I took the back off and looked at the caps. None of them are deformed. Any ideas. I'm thinking the system board because there is no sound.

Check if the T-con board is getting a good supply voltage.
If you need help, post pictures of the chassis and of the T-con.
