Philips 32PFL5522D/05 - No power (completely dead)

Just got this one in a few days ago from a friend of a friend.

No power, completely dead, no outputs from PSU.
5V standby diode was dead shorted.

Replaced it and it runs good now:

Nice inexpensive fix. Gotta love that!

Yep, diode was found on a dead PSU, so it didn't cost anything. Some 100n caps were replaced too as someone suggested this -- made no difference though. Old one was 30V, 10A new one is 45V, 7.5A both Schottky. I don't anticipate problems using a 7.5A rated device as the 5V standby is rated for 500mA on this model.
