Hi,
I have this LCD Tv and it worked before though suddenly it took longer for it to bring up video until it doesnt show any video at all right now.
I used to think unplugging the TV would help bring the video back after as it did a few times but not anymore.
There is a white led light on the bottom front that blinks 21 times then pauses for a second more maybe and resumes the 21 blinks.
I have replaced the inverter board on this and no go.
Supposedly someone with a similar issue replaced the power board but it didnt work for him. Cant confirm this though.
Is the only thing left to replace the Tcon board?
I looked over the caps and none seem to be bulging.
I have also measured the output voltages. On the board its labelled 24VI (about 5 pins each) and 1 connection on the other side of the board with 12.5v and 5.3v pins.
What I noticed is that the voltage is static until the 21st blink then it drops and resumes likes some sort of restart.
Measured voltages are 25.6 in one area of the board, 12.47 and 5.38 at another area.
The pins with 25.6 and 12.47 are the ones that drop in voltage at the 21s blink. The 5.38 stays the same.
Any advise on how to fix this? Please let me know if you need specific photos.
