    oki model okitv32hda power problem

    this tv had power problems and noticed some bad caps on the power board changed the capacitors out for new ones but the power board still only outputs 2.9v instead of the 5v for it to power up i have attached pictures of the board any help would be great

    Those do not look like low esr caps, just generic ones.

      Change all the little electrolytic capacitors too, if you haven't already.
