    I replaced (Q7) Transistor with 2N2222 and (ZD4)15V Zener diode and Woohoo! it had the Red Standby Light and powered on normally with good picture and sound, has been on for 4 hours now, I want to say thanks to all who helped with this one and especially to budm for posting the link to the pictures.

    I'm posting some more pictures here of the bottom side of the PS Board before and after I replaced the parts and the final results.

      Great job fixing it, I fixed many of these same power supplies used in Viewsonic TVs.
