sorry tom, but i am getting a little confuse. This board don't have a pico fuse so i imagen you refering to the one on b1. Anyway, no matter were i check is giving .98vdc maximun

It has to have at least one surface mounted fuse on the T-CON board.

I have never seen a t-con without one. I think since the LCD panel is a module that Samsung buy (from themselves but another part of the company) it is required by some safety legislation. Seems odd to me, though.

Good day everyone. I begining to like this.I was not sure wish one was the fuse and i desided to go and do some reseach and i found that some, other than the pico fuse have a letter p on top. EUREKA!! I found it. I tested it and it have 5.v one way and.7v the other way wish for me i think is bad. what do you think?

What voltage on both sides of fuse, with black probe on the chassis?

i check the 4 voltage regulator, 3 of the are getting about 7 volt in and 1.8 to 2.2 out execpt on one that get about 7 v. in and the same amount out.

If the fuse is open, I wonder how you get the 7v feeding the LDO.

With TV unplugged, What resistance do you get when you measure the two pads of the fuse?

with the tester onvdc auto and the black probe on a t-con screw i get .28 in one side and .66 in the other.

You did test it with that LVDS cable (t-con -> main board) plugged in, right?

Near LVDS, do you see C1028 or C1027? Measure the voltage across them.

IC103 is an 8-pin device and may be near LVDS. Do you see that too?

Now you are saying that you no longer has 5V one one end of the fuse? I am totally confused on your measurement. I think we need to start it over as to what DC you are egtting on the T-CON's fuse with the TV powered on and everythings are connected.

I found c1028, tested with tv on getting 5.4v could not find IC103. I found IC104 wish is a 8 pin eprom.
