Hi, i been reading all the information on this problem and i decided to get in line for the first time. I will try to give you all the inf i can. This tv was giving to me because it power on, you can hear the video but no picture even when i put a flash light close to the screen in a dark room. When i got it i replaced a bad capacitor on the power supply CI824. Other than that i check all the voltage everything find except on CNM801 i am getting 11.98 not 12v. and on CNM802 i am getting 1.3v not 12v. How can i correct that?

Pics are good, sometimes post can get buried if forum is busy.

Good pictures, Can I get good pictures on the bottom side of the power supply board as a whole and also four 1/4 section? Same for top side.Never stop learning

Ok. good afternoon. I went ahead and change the caps, some i left because they were good but 90% change. Still have no video but now i have back ligth. I am sending the picture you request. i check the 4 voltage regulator, 3 of the are getting about 7 volt in and 1.8 to 2.2 out execpt on one that get about 7 v. in and the same amount out.Comment

The Problem: This player has a toggle switch to select between Stereo, Mono R, and Mono L. Regardless of the setting it outputs the sound to both the L&R audio jacks. In the Mono R position, the audio output level is normal (from both the L and R audio output jacks), in the Stereo position the audio output is about half the volume, and in Mono L, it's about 3/4 the volume. Something about putting it into Stereo mode is causing the volume to drop significantly and I can't figure it out.

Hi,
My barely 3 year old TV has stopped displaying video, although the video output comes for a few seconds after turning ON which displays the manufacturers logo then shows the home screen (all this with some blue flicker) then the video goes blank and the screen is dark blue with the backlight on. The audio output works perfectly and the TV also takes in voice commands(smart TV).
The TCON board has the following Chips -

RT6939 - 2nos.
and all these chips are getting real hot within a minute, I dont know if this is normal.... -
Hi, I have a Samsung UN32M4500 that turns on, has audio but no video. No Samsung splash screen when turning on, but I can see the backlights (screen is just this dark gray color). Hi There,
This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.
After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.
