Did you end up resolving this????
I have a similar TV which I am working on. If i remove the Y-SUS the rest-drv error disspears, so I am suspecting the y-sus board. With the ysus plugged in, I get the error.
I have noticed that the screen as a few fractures in the glass, and wonder if this has caused extra loading on the ysus board causing it to go bad????Comment

Yeah, this would stop it working. Any crack in a plasma panel permanently damages it, preventing light emission. Thats interesting about the cracks, I know some panels have a sheet of glass before the actual panel, but alot of the newer panels are so thin that I dont think that is the case in this situation.
Although I did manage to get the display to light up for a sec before it shut down in what i suspect is a safety/protect mode.
I disconnected the "data" cable to the YSUS, but left the power cable which feeds the ysus and zsus boards, and the unit powers up without the DRV_Reset error.
I though this might be to do with the driver buffers, so I disconnected the y buffer board also from the ysus, but still the same.
So it looks like when the data cable which has a DRV_Reset line is connected to the main controller, it causes the unit to go into safety mode.
Would anyone have any further info about what the logic in which this works. All the power levels are correctly measured.
Although the screen does have some fractures, it had been working for about three months until it died....Comment

It is possible the crack has failed further/progressed, which I have seen before, some users report their set works for some days after being cracked. These units do not have a protective glass sheet, the front glass is the plasma panel.

Hi, I have a Samsung UE50TU with:
- sound and backlight, but no picture
- when it arrived, it had a picture for a few seconds
- it keeps rebooting
- without ribbon cable between the two panel boards, it does not reboot but I have no picture
- without cable between mainboard and lcd panel, it does not reboot (but obviously i have no picture)
- when i try a tape fix, its keeps rebooting, unless I tape off pin 1 (the innermost pin). In that case it does not reboot but I have no picture.
- without cable between mainboard and lcd panel and with a jumpered... -
This was my main TV for the last 6 years. I'm not inclined to throw out a $2600 TV so quickly so I'm trying to investigate the issue.
Problem
TV was disconnected from power for 6 months during construction. When I plugged it yesterday picture was fine, after 30 seconds it dimmed then started developing horizontal lines, picture then starts to ghost vertically until it degrades into vertical streaks. TV always displays a perfect picture when cold. I can unplug TV for 5 minutes and plug it back in and picture is restored for 20 seconds. I can also keep it in standby mode... -
I have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started ‘fading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.

Hello all,
This is my first post, but long term lurker on the form learning as much as possible about these TV's. I was given this TV as due to a power outage of constant On/off of power to TV. The TV originally would just click on and off (Typical Reboot Cycle). I opened the back of the TV, and troubleshooted by taking the 96 pin LVDS off one at a time to see if I had a picture on either side. I finally fixed the reboot cycle by finding the error on the left side of the screen off connector CN 1301, and the TV would stay on. Further troubleshooting led me to the driver boards where...
