I'd doubt all of the interface ICs have failed; a more likely option is that large processor has failed... but you wouldn't be able to replace that unfortunately.

The eprom causes odd problems with this set,like on/off/on/off, no signal, weak signal etc, the eprom is on the back of the
main bd. the bd number is U14 8 pin, also you may see U15 for a larger chip.

I have the same set here now. The Vizio LED shows orange and never changes to white. The set comes on with the run voltages present and the PON line is high. I discovered that the set took a lightning hit through the HDMI input and damaged the main micro which is a BGA chip. Time to look for a new 3642-0872-0150(0395 for renewed) main board.
