IPOS-150 power supply could use help almost there i think

This is from poloroid tv tda-03211c

boy am i lost here... what i did, spent 3 hours reading every post about this IPOS 150 power supply can't get it going..I gotta be close

1) power up tv ...red led not lit on ps board or front of tv..really dead
2)press power on tv....still dead
3)check ps volts on com3...see below
4)check f1 and f2 =good
5)re-solder all old conections and parts
6)checked D10 and D2
7)changed alll capasitors
8)used 2 AA batteries in series to give STB 3V ...I read that someplace. dead..still
9)bridge is good ot 5volts
10)got 7 large transisters or voltage regulators...not sure how to test
11)voltage across main cap is 167v with com3 un-plugged .....plugged in its 320v

only thing the 2 large capasitors are 47uf 450v should be 10uf 450v...someone changed them...would that matter? part of the backlight stage?

STB =0
5VSB =5V
5V =0
20V =0

do have 5Volts dc... somethings alive...

I hate to buy a board...thats cheating and no fun

Ah its 10uf 450v. Not sure if it would matter, someone will let you know soon pal.

Also, that main filter cap on mine was 450v, unless thats because I am in the UK.

Have you tried the sometimes overlooked simple things?

Power switch working?

Tried with remote?

guess what...its up...small white connector to power switch was unpluged...couldnt see it ......thanks gilly1984...it was over looked....simply things...cost 3 days of brain pain....but still would think the red led would light on the ps board...guess not or its out

The led on the psu is for fault codes. If there are no faults it will not come on.
