Hi all,
The TV set is in standby. it does not switch ON.
The main mother board is CULTRAVIEW CV028GH_MA_V3.
The power supply is okay. 12V comes to the main board. 24V also comes if i force the power supply ON.
The 5V are present on the main board.
Pin 43 of microcontroller TP2808HQN becomes low when power On is pressed on front panel but Pin 44 does not go low to switch on the TV.
Can the memory IC cause the problem.
Any help.

Can we see the pictures of the boards? We need to see the labels on the connectors, since you do have 12v and the 24v, which means the main board is sending the PS_ON signal to turn on the power supply OK, next signal we need to find on the connector on the power supply board or on the inverter board is the BL_ON SIGNAL which will turn on the backlights.
Please use 'GO ADVANVED' to upload the pictures.
OK, you indicated that you have to force on the power supply, so that means the PS_ON signal is not present at the power supply?

The main board does not give the power ON voltage.
The 24V comes if i force the power supply On.

Do you have the service manual to be able to trace back from the pin where PS_ON is and back to the micro controller?

No manual Sir, but i traced it back to pin 44 of microcontroller TP2808HQN.
Any help from ur side is appreciated.
