I ended up getting it working. I ended up buying a power supply from a proscan tv and that had the same board but different pin headers. I took the pin headers off of my old board then had to move 2 zero ohm resistors that were used as jumpers for the backlight. As far as the other board goes I did replace all components that I knew were bad but nothing changed. So I gave up. I got the new board from a local tv shop a gave them a 40" dynex tv that I got for free and $25. So thanks for all the help guys and try to remember that some people are still just learning. I am trying to get better at all this. Sorry if I didnt do everything right when it comes to testing.
