It is difficult to know what the fault is, then. Have you noticed any change in the 3.4V at all? The problem was fixed in someone else's TV by replacing that chip, though they are unclear on exactly what they did to replace it or what part they replaced it with.

3.4v Its stop on 2.8 v. I don't want to give up with this and buy a new board. I will try replacing this 2 chip with a new one just tell me , I should look for IRF7807Z?
I wouldn't expect those to cause the problem to be honest.

i have a similar problem, had crackling for a while every time i turned it on after it had been off over an hour. the other day it crackled really loud then i had no sound except a high pitched sound out the left speaker. opened it up and there were 5 caps rising. changed all of them and tried it again, the high pitched noise was still in the left speaker but the crackling came back, i could also hear a slight white noise in the background like something was a bit better. should i try some of the voltage tests or just buy a new psu board???? i don't mind paying the £25-50 that i've seen them for i don't really have the time or quality tools to check and change everything in the board. Its an LG 42LT75
