Re: LG 37LC2D No Sound, and No Channels

i have a similar problem, had crackling for a while every time i turned it on after it had been off over an hour. the other day it crackled really loud then i had no sound except a high pitched sound out the left speaker. opened it up and there were 5 caps rising. changed all of them and tried it again, the high pitched noise was still in the left speaker but the crackling came back, i could also hear a slight white noise in the background like something was a bit better. should i try some of the voltage tests or just buy a new psu board????...
