I figured I would share a fix I did to get my dynex dc-lcdtv 19 working. I replaced the caps on the power board, and it didn't help. So, I remembered something I learned about fixing Xbox 360's. Take both the main and power boards out and lay them solder sides up and on a coffee can or something non reliable or flammable. I use a heat gun I bought from menards for $19.99. I slowly heated all the solder. But watch closely not to melt everything. Keep your eyes on the board your heating. When I did I saw a little silver bubbling from one of the small pc board traces. I let everything cool on its own. Then I soldered at that spot that bubbled, because that was a crack. Put everything together, and it now works like New.
