My Vizio VX32L HDTV10A is no longer turning on. The logo is amber and power switch does nothing. I have the cover off and verified that the 5 VDC is present. The PWR switch does not make it to the PSON on J1 Pin 1. Anyone know the path of this signal or what the common failure part is? I have also verified that 3.3 VDC is present.

Search for vw32l service manual. Follow the DC-DC regulator diagnosis path in the manual. Most people have problems with U33, but when U33 goes bad it will still change the light from amber to white when you press the power button. Perhaps check the fuses on the button board, as well as any regulators on the button board, or around where it connects to the main board.Fixed so far 12 lcd's , 1 plasmas, 5 monitors, 0 dlp's (plan to keep the dlps at 0). and 3 atx power supplies, and 2 motherboards.
