Sony 46" LCD KDL-46V21L1 - Scrolling bright bar, slight mirrored picture

I have kind of an odd problem, there is a bright horizontal bar about 4" tall scrolling from top to bottom, the rest of the image is kind of dark, and slightly mirrored when the bar rolls over it. It's almost like an old CRT with no vertical hold, I will post a video of the problem in about an hour, unless someone helps me out before then!

Ignore my original post, a lot of information is invalid and I need to wait 90 minutes before I can edit it.

UPDATE! Here's a video of the problem until I can edit my original post: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lo9oaxxRwVc

Alright, so after being on for about an hour, boom, the pictured cleared up perfectly, about a minute later it went back to being messed up, then it went to perfect again, and now it's messed up... Smacking it doesn't seem to do anything.

Does this happen on all inputs? I'd tend to think it's a problem in the scalar area of the main board.

All inputs, and the menu and OSD is affected as well, but, last night, I left it on for about an hour, it cleared up for a minute, then went back to being screwed again, then I turned it off for a few, turned it back on, and it's been working flawlessly since. Smacking it doesn't change anything, it's still working, it's been turned on and off many times since then. Not sure what's going on, but I'll report back if it gets screwy again.
