Goodmans LD3265 - Powers on fine, but stuck with blinking LED when switched to s/by

After fixing this TV with a replacement power supply, this TV powers on fine and gives a good picture. However, when the standby button on the remote is pressed, the TV will shut down (as expected), but the LED then starts blinking. The LED keeps blinking like it's a fault code. You then can't turn the TV on again, until you unplug it.

    It's a Vestel chassis. 17MB22 I think.

Any idea what might cause this?

Fixed it . Turned out the Freeview module cable was loose. Doh!

ASRock N100M, no picture no boot, but semi-alive
      by Exim
      Hi guys,
I managed to semi-kill an ASRock N100M board after updating Bios from 1.10 to 2.01. It's a zombie now, dead, but not dead.

      ASRock N100M special features:
      - CPU soldered to board, small Intel 12th gen
      - iGPU
      - four POST LEDs

Problem after updating Bios to 2.01 using the in-Bios update tool: no picture, no boot.
I am not sure anymore if it booted at least once successfully after updating the bios to 2.01, maybe not, I can't remember. I think it did not.

      Symptoms:
      - no picture/signal on any of the display connectors,...

Dell Inspiron 3481 (EDI72 LA-G714P) Powers with charger blinking code
      by Umadbro
Hi, I've been given this laptop which upon plugging the charger it produces a blinking code, and it goes as follows:

      "3 AMBER, 5 WHITE"

Pressing the Power Button, the machine seems to power up, as the fan spins (at a normal rate), but after a few seconds the power cuts off, and the cycle repeats.

Searching on Google for the blinking code for this device doesn't return any valuable information. The code is not listed on the service manual. However, I found out that for others or similar models "3 AMBER, 5 WHITE" blinking code...
