Proscan LCD turns off after 1 second

hi i have a 32" proscan LCD and whats happening is that the back light turn off after 1 sec but the power light stays on but the LED on the Power board just keeps blinking after the back light turns off? i need help on this heres some pitures of the board. And i looked at the caps and they all look good. and before it used to take several minutes to turn off but got wrost after time. anyone knows the issue could it be the polyester film cap by the inverters?

Most of the images are useless, very dark and not clear at all.
Try to make better pictures by iluminating the area with external lighting, a flashlight, sunlight, etc.

i did some test with my ohms meter and all the caps seems good, i was getting electricity to flow through but i dont know if that means the caps are ok.
