Phillips 50" plasma white in center of screen

Phillips 50PF7220A - Ocassionally the tv will get a snowy white image down the center of picture. Last night worked great for 6 hours. I'm hoping it caps, haven't pulled the back off yet, Could see a green led in back. Bought a capacitance meter last week. Downloaded the Service Manual last night. Attachment has some reflection of window blinds.
Any ideas?

Also, Lower green led on back above av inputs is flashing.

The led on the main logic control is the one flashing, both on power supply are on steady.

The snow is actually a previous image (image retention? / ghosting), ex: you can see the Netflix screen well after you are watching a movie, or OTA you see a image from 10-20 seconds ago. Must be a defective board. It works great sometimes, though.
