First time posting here and a relative noob with some experience but not enough (I'm sure you hate hearing that). Briefly to let you know where I'm coming from, I have fixed a Gateway LCD and a Viewsonic LCD which both had bad caps. Mostly only able to fix them from finding what others have posted on the internet.
Anyway, on to the current problem I'm hoping someone can help me with. I have a Maxent MX-26X3, M/N: L2614XW02L. I am not the original owner so don't know anything about its history. It has a main power switch in back and when I flip that on the amber power light on the front comes on. I push the power button on the front and the power light turns green and the fan turns on. It has no picture or sound. Also, when I press the front power button it won't turn itself off, I must use the main power switch in back.
I really don't know where to start with this so hoping someone can help. I found another post on the forum for the same unit but different problem. I have attached one picture as a start and will include more as needed (need a tripod). If you need to see more pics then that other post looks like it would work for now since they seem to be the same.
