Swisstec T42/1SG PSU Problem

Hi Every one
I have a dead swisstec and have discovered that the viper22A is defunct.I have a new ic but what i need to know is the value of zener diode ZD101 which is next to this chip and is short circuit.The psu board is made by samsung and the number is LJ4400092C.Can anybody help?

often the reference circut will get you there.any markings on it?
how is it connected?
