need bios fix for TOSHIBA 32P2300vj

hi i have toshiba tv 32"
it stuck at boot no toshiba logo but old days it still can enter without any issue, but today it fully blank, flashed with other bios but it goes wrong (invalid color and flipped 180 degree)

so anyone can fix this?
