sometime voltage regulators, specially passive ones fail. you need good meter to find problem. I have done many local brands in which 3.3v regulator was giving 3.25 to 3.27v volts and board stuck in standby mode.

reprogramming EMMC is doesn't work for long time.
I have no experience of replacing tv emmc, but i changed few mobile phone emmcs. generally mobile phone firmware supports few emmcs from different manufacturers and this detail is shown when mobile phone firmware is opened in a emmc programmer software like UFI. that mean loaders of many emmc are built in firmware.Leave a comment:

VGL is negative voltage. check with red probe to ground and black probe to VGL point.
if VDD 3.3v is missing then check for short on VDD line or ic may be defective. disconnect VDD from ic and give external 3.3v, see if panel works.
5v to 15v input and 1.2 ,1.8v, 2.5v, 3.3v, 5v output module (selectable) is available.Leave a comment:

some samsung led models auto detect input signal as normal composite video signal and component signal. there is switch in socket which loosens after some time due to dust , try to clean it by spraying wd40 in AV input sockets.Leave a comment:

check backlight supply while tv is booting. if it goes up (more then 114 volt in this case) and drops then back lights are problem. if this is not happening then give 3v to 5v to Bl on and Bl adj pin on connector.Leave a comment:
