Yeah- that's what I thought. None of them are shorted. Though two of them have no continuity to ground.

No much misteries, caps can go short after a bit of warming up, the hard thing is to make the faulty cap reveal the short under test, you can strongly heat all them with hair dryer then check again for shorts
