I turn on the TV one morning and it shows like this..

please can someone help me. is it possible how to fix this??

I am really new to this so I may be looking at it from the wrong way but using the troubleshooting guide it looks like a possible bad T-Con board.

Does it do it on all inputs and picture settings?
