Sharp LV-60LE633U inverter output voltages

Greetings, I have a Sharp LC-60LE633U when powered up only the V light comes on. I have checked the LED strips and they all light up. When the LED's are plugged into the PS board I get an output voltage of 74v DC. If I unplug the LED's the output voltage on the PS is 184v DC. Does this indicate a weak PS?

I have posted a question and have not received a reply as yet. There has been several views. Have I posted incorrectly?

Read the sticky by Budm 3rd one down from top, read it all, then post the pictures, clear straight on shots of each board and one of the whole back as to see how everything is connected, we can not see your tv from here, my gypsy crystal ball is busted.

Ask nicely and maybe one of the backlight pros will help you test them, some boards have expected output voltages in a map/legend, not sure about yours, because you posted no picture.
