I have an old 27" CRT television set that's probably around a decade old. It's a hand me down and has given me no problems for as long as I've had it. I'm looking to have it upgraded to a 32" LCD TV sometime this year or within the next. I keep looking around on Cregslist trying to score one at a decent price. I've seen a few, but none that are what I'm looking for. Anyway, when I do, it will most likely not come with a warranty seeing as they notoriously short. Can I replace the caps in it with some Panasonic's or Rubycon's to help prevent a future failure that can possibly take other components with it.
