Hello. I also have a samsung ue65mu6172 with the bn41-02568b motherboard that doesn't turn on and doesn't have the standby LED. From what I saw in the hex of the W25Q40CL chip, it seems to be corrupted at first. Can you help me with its repair? Thank you very much!Attached FilesLeave a comment:

Hi, I have a Samsung TV model UN43MU6100GCZB (mainboard BN41-02568B BN41-02568). It first had random HDMI issues, then progressed to turning on with backlight but shutting off after a few seconds. All main power rails are present. Could you please check this dump? I suspect its the main problem. Thanks a lot!Leave a comment:

My dear lotas,
I ordered the Winbond W25Q40BVSNIG and W25Q40CLNIG chips to check if there will be any difference.Leave a comment:

I desolder the SPI chip and clamp it with a clip. I haven't had issues with this before.
Will the Winbond W25Q40BVSNIG chip work?

Do you use it through a clamp or do you unsolder the flash and use an adapter on the programmer?
Try another flash...Leave a comment:

Try to remove protection first, i.e. remove all checkboxes and press "Write", then erase and write dump again, then set the status register again...Leave a comment:

Maybe I have a problem with the SPI chip or the CH314A programmer. Mine is not modified. Do I necessarily need to modify it?Leave a comment:

by AhariHi all,
This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.
I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.

by Habble7The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.
Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

by MephysisHello guys i really need help, i recently updated my DS-7208HGHI-K1 and it somehow got bricked, I've got it up and working now by flashing a new dump file i found but the serial number is really wrong and the uploader of the dump file probably intentionally did it.
I still have the bricked dump file is it possible to transfer the serial number of the "bricked dump" to the "working dump"? - Loading...
