In the above model, the TV works normally, but when I turn it off and on, it takes me by itself to the settings menu, asking for language, channels, etc.
and as soon as I finish the settings it works normally when I close it again the same
I have done a factory reset without success

Update the firmware and it should be fine

this seems to be the lg site in Greece, maybe choose support, software and firmware, put model number in, if available follow instructions precisely, being around 7 years old they may have taken the firmware off of their site, seems they all like to remove firmware from their sites as soon as they can, I think it's for the usual reason, they don't want you to fix your tv, they want you to buy another from them, if you don't see it maybe you can get firmware by contacting them by email etc: https://www.lg.com/gr

The last one is Version 03.50.14 from the year 2015

The set should have a toshiba nand. If the firmware from diif dosent fix the problem ill send you the firmware later. Please let me know.

Yes extract the zip file. Make a folder called LG_DTV put the epk file inside and then plug in the usb stick into the tv.
