It seems like a BIOS problem in the support of the page they have to update from Windows, but this is not even recognized as a device on the computer, I am looking for help I think you can rewrite the NAND memory again but I don't have the accessory

Unfortunately they provide a *.fls file I couldn't upload it because it weighs 125mb in zip, the file name is D3_19_2_5000.fls
