Epson L5190 - dead. Help Identify burnt DM301

    Hi folks.
I got a bit lost with the new look of BadCaps website. Couldn't spot the Login button HAHAHAHA.

So I got hold of an Epson L5190 with a dead board. Got new MOSFETs and Power IC but still no power.
Power supply is good and gives 2 x 48v. But when connected to the board, it gives 4.4v.

    I noticed a 3-pin SMD SOT-323-3 burnt out, but I can't figure out it's marking. All I can see is 5D.
Location of this component is backside of the board (MOSFET side), labelled DM301 (to the right of the black connector).
Can anyone tell me what this part number is ? Diode or Tranny ?
Googling 5D shows it's a Diode, but I'm not sure.
    LMBD914LT1G or MMBD914LT1G (Diode) or BC807W (45 V, 500 mA PNP general-purpose transistors)

Please can someone help me out here.

    Thanks.

Correction - it's SOT-523. But I cannot find 5D in SOT-523, I can only find it in SOT-323, which obviously is bigger by 0.4mm
Can anybody help me out here ?
