hp officejet pro 8022e firmware downgrade

Hello techs,

I need some help with printer.
I have the hp officejet pro 8022e and I'm trying to refill with ink the cartridges...
I have knowledge for laptop only and the printers arent my support.
Does anyone downgrade the firmware?
The firmware is like EC - BIOS reprogramming? or I can use other methods ...

Any support is perfect to me.

Hello friend, i bought the same printer as you and had the same problems! I wanted to ask you if your problem is fixed with the firmware downgrade that you posted on the link???
I did the downgrade successfully and the updated disappeared from the printer menu, but i havent checed any third party ink yet. Have you???

Hello giorgo, I checked the printer with refill GT52 and works, with no info. I do not use third party ink yet.
