And one larger one PJ78 GEX

someone replaced IT8689E CXA WITH IT8686E CXA he mentioned after replacement don't found in bios cpu temp and fan speed but the motherboard works fine . -
Hello friends,
I have this board no boardview no schematic :'( , first 5V chip was heating 100°C +.
We found 6 ohms on 5V (5V_SUS i guess)
After injecting on this line we found that a 8pins QFN chip was heating. (Marking " jwfun " " 3a3vy )
After removing this chip 5V chip stop heating.
After some diging i think i found a partial match replacement (JWF6 instead JWFU) from a chinese brand "H&Msemi" >> HM3413D
Pinout match perfectly.
But i can't find this chip...
Any idea? for an equivalent...
