Old DELL Power supply H255E-01 - bad IC106 & R148

Hello,
I have one bad power supply for repair old Dell Desktop PC.
Model of the power supply is H255E-01 for Dell Optiplex 760.

It looks that controller IC106 is done. I can not read anything on this IC. Is someone who have a schematic for it? Resistor near the IC is bad too. It is R148 - i need to identify it too. Everything else looks OK, mosfets and fuse is OK. I would like to try fix it.

See what this resistor is connected to on the other side of the board

R148 is 0.5 ohm resistor
