Missing capacitor in Cooler Master Real Power M620

The PSU's part number is: RS-620-ASAA-A1
I bought it as non working. I have checked all the caps and transistors, they look fine. But I found there is a cap missing (C49). Don't know if any of you guys has this PSU and can help me find the cap reference. Pics attached. Thanks.

Just measure continuity from the positive to the ATX connector to find which voltage rail it is on, then just take an educated guess from that

These pics look different but C49 is 25V and guessing 100-220uF.

You can also also trace the cap back to a pin at the small controller board, then to the IC and look at the datasheet or app note.

Yes, it's exactly the same model! This is the area. Were you really able to see the cap there?

It goes to the 3rd pin of this IC, but I can't find any info about it. I'd say it's ST micro EZ6392(?) but I couldn't find anything.

That IC is LM339 quad comparator. Pin 3 is power +Vcc.
I just zoomed in the picture to see a C49. I would say it is not a critical value, would try 100-220uF 25V there.

Cooler Master ATC-S + Some other CoolerMaster Case - 2-fer in 1 Thread
                by Topcat
This is a Coolermaster case double-header.... The reason this one didn't get added to my 'misc build' thread is becasue the Cooler Master ATC-S aluminum case....That case is a class-act way above & beyond anything in that thread! However, we have to get through a mediocre build to get to the treasure!

...but here's the two Cooler Master cases in question; both of which were drop-offs for recycling.... The one on the left, I'm not really sure what model it is. It's nothing overly special, but it is well-made. The one on the right is an ATC-S solid aluminum, best I can determine...

                Samsung 245B PLUS - BN44-00195A - bang and smoke - solved - tips
                by cnti
                Hi.
BacCaps forum is awesome - thank YOU ALL for sharing knowledge!

This is about DONG YANG PSU BN44-00195A failiure in Samsung 245BPLUS. It started with bang and smoke from the back of LCD. Downloaded diagram BM44-00192A - a bit different but I will use all parts names from this diagram [and real PSU].
BIG CAP CP801 had 315V, on standby pin 5,2V. After shorting S_B ON (through 3,3k ohm resistor) 24V and 5,3V were missing, on CP801 was 312V.

                RM801 [real PSU: RM801 - 0,22 ohm 1W] - FAIL
                burned, measured 10M ohm.

                QM801 [real PSU:...

Cooler Master 500W atx psu repair. Total cannot start at all
                by anikin73
I am attempting to repair this. Circuit is quite simple, but i a quite stuck at it for a long time. so today i try to ask for new ideas. my challenge is to under stand what mistake i made. I had repaired not lesson than 50 pcs of various brands ATX psu . main pwm chip is Cm 6805 Sip 9 .
5VSB is fine. When I short Pson, totally nothing happen. I check , the Cm 6805 VCC pin2 did have 16v, But totally nothing happen. I changed to a good chip from another good PSU. Same thing.
What other pin should I check such that it will result in no start up at all ?

ATX PSU Cooler Master RS-700-pcaa-e3 shutting off after 5 seconds
                by dariolana
Got this from my kid with a fault on primary side. Main power supply here is AC 220V. All caps were Ok, testing with 2 series lamp of 70W each, got a bright lamp . Checked main heatsink one by one with my component tester and found one 3 leg buddy MDP18N50 that passed away. Got same replacement after a week, tested, short was gone, now I got 310V on primary.

Happy as a dog, added one case fan for some load and the fan of the PSU. Tested purple wire, got 5.1V, great!. Shorted green and black, fan spins and after about 5 seconds shuts down. I was able to measure doing several iterations...

If i try to start PSU with short between green and black it star for a second and stop.
